Revise, Transform and Evolve

Note: I know I am likely yelling out into the void – because lets face it, I am not even sure anyone reads this on any kind of regular basis (not to mention slow updates as of late). None the less, a post like this is personally important. As writing it down, makes it real and a goal to achieve

Now

For months and months I have been battling health issues related to cervical stenosis that culminated with surgery. The surgery occurred about a month ago and involved fusing 3 levels of my cervical spine – recovery has been difficult and there is still quite a lot to do. Between this and the related health conditions, posting on here became a lower priority.

Expect these changes/additions in the new year (and in the next few days):

• November ambience
• December ambience
• Top 12 of 2025
• Rebranding from Drone Works to Sonic Therapy. As it better represents the tone of this site.
• Moving away from reviews and focusing on:
  • Artist/album/genre spotlights
  • Notes on making music again and sharing the progress/frustration
  • More digressions and thoughts around music
  • More “10 question“ interviews
  • Long form articles
    • Have a couple ideas already on this

Expect November ambience this week.
